There is also a portion of the song that could refer to a homosexual relationship between Steven Tyler and Joe Perry.
The verse in question:
"You stand in the front just a shakin your ass
Ill take you backstage, you can drink from my glass
I talk about something you can sure understand
'cause a month on the road an' I'll be eatin' from your hand"
Apparently, the "eatin' from your hand" part refers to Steven performing fellatio on Joe while they were on tour for extended periods.
