They are faking their flaws by lying. "You should know that the lies won't hide your flaws/No sense in hiding all of yours."

They are known as a hypocrite, "Whoa, your such a fucking hypocrite."
They make big deals of small things, as in example using sarcasm, "Good god, it's the changing of the seasons."
This person is comes up with the worst reasons and excuses, "Good god, you're coming up with reasons." And I guess that they have take care of everything so it's finished their way, "Good god, you're dragging it out."
