Doesn't matter when; it's always a good time then.
I was thinking about these couple of lines to realize that good times aren't the product of a plot pre-planned and/ or too much efforts executed. Also, the song sounds more promising than positive. In words, inspit your life has always been empty for long long time, so you built-in solid thoughts " things will never change", good times will find their way to you, not the way you formulated to have them,but the way you never thought it would be. Then, things will be alright for a while. I reckon.
