Feb 9th 2021!⃝Halsey is expressing what it is like having a mental illness like Bi-polar where the mind changes randomly and not necessarily controlled by her. Thus the feelings that occurring continuously for the person who loves her and many times not her present feelings at the moment or she on to another page without the person understanding. This is now the Bi-polar brain works. It does not mean Halsey does not love, but oftentimes (and within the same day) does not match up. She knows she hurts the person, but knows the real pain of not being to control it.
