Yes, it's a beautiful love song, written by Sheeran (as he just announced) about his fiancé who he has known since they were kids. The strength of this song, in my humble opinion, is the imagery it creates, particularly in the chorus. Admittedly, it likely appeals more heavily to the female population, as it's one of those pinnacle songs that any woman would love to hear her man sing to her. From my vantage point, I don't think he's speaking simply about her physical appearance when he says she's perfect. The line where he makes it clear he doesn't care what she's wearing (while she thinks she's a mess) speaks clearly to that. Not sure I've ever heard a more romantic song and it probably will become a favorite at weddings. There is much competition for that honor, though.
