Apr 11th 2017!⃝When I saw the lyrics of this song, I was like, thats whats in my heart, I am at that state. That deep and wide and high longing for someone to see, doesnt neccessarily means that someone died and that someone is a lover. It might be someone who just left without a word. "Now its hard to even see each others faces" its not completely impossible. "And go to the other side of the world." this can pertain to the distance. "How much longing has to fall like snow for the spring days to come?" To someone who is in the state of being left behind, this is an endless question in mind that would continually come until it is answered. That feeling of wanting to have an answer is as cold as snow. At the second part, he was conceding that its neither their fault, its just supposed to happen. He couldn't bring himself to hate that person so he will just try to forget. "Because that will hurt less than resenting you." Im sure this is an excuse. If that person did something before leaving, its normal to hate him. At the end it is reveal that they are friends, and that he will do something about wanting to see that person. The melody has this yearning notes, no one can understand the deep meaning in each words unless youre in that shoes saying the same words.
