Jun 3rd 2014!⃝We'll it's about his relative that was in Vietnam which is obviously seen in the music video and the lyrics. Layne's relative used to share the memories that they had fro. The war which made layne make this song, in memorie of them and the horrors they faced. I'm not a 100% sur that's everything the song shows but that's what I got from the lyrics.
